This privacy policy describes how the Color Sort Puzzle Android application ("the app", "we") handles your information.

Information We Collect Directly

None. We do not operate any servers, accounts, or sign-ups. The app itself does not send your personal information to us.

What Stays on Your Device

The following information is stored locally on your device only, using Android's standard app storage, and never leaves your device:

Your level progress and stars earned
Game settings (sound, haptics, theme preferences)
Coin balance and daily-reward streak
Hint counts

Uninstalling the app deletes all of this data. We keep no copy.

Permissions

The app requests only the standard INTERNET permission, used to request ads (see below). It does not access your camera, microphone, contacts, location, photos, or files.

Advertising

Starting with app version 2.0.4, the app displays advertisements provided by Huawei Petal Ads (HMS Ads Kit) to support ongoing development. Two ad formats are used:

Interstitial ads — a full-screen ad shown after roughly every third completed level, to keep the interruption rare.
Rewarded ads — an ad the player may opt in to watch in exchange for a free hint, only when they choose to view it.

To serve these ads, the HMS Ads Kit SDK — operated by Huawei — receives a limited set of information about your device: the Huawei Open Advertising Identifier (OAID) or a similar resettable advertising ID, coarse device model and OS version, and approximate location derived from your IP address. This information is handled by Huawei under the Huawei Consumer Business Privacy Statement and the Petal Ads Privacy Statement. We ourselves never see or store this data.

You can reset or opt out of personalized advertising at any time from your device's Huawei ad-settings screen (Settings → Privacy → Ads).

Analytics

The app does not include third-party analytics SDKs. We do not track gameplay events, sessions, or device information ourselves.

Children's Privacy

The app is rated for all ages. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. The Petal Ads SDK is configured to request only non-personalized ads suitable for a general audience.

Third-Party Services

The only third-party service the app integrates with is Huawei Petal Ads (HMS Ads Kit), as described above. The app is distributed through Huawei AppGallery, whose privacy practices are governed by Huawei's own policy.

Changes to This Policy

If we ever add features that change this policy (e.g. introducing analytics or ads), we will update this page and increment the "Last updated" date. Continuing to use the app after a change indicates acceptance of the new policy.
